# DevKits and downloads

## Flights API DevKits

### Credentials

TripServices credentials are required to run real-time requests with the DevKits. Contact your administrator or account manager for more information. Alternatively, you can [contact our sales team](https://developer.travelport.com/access-travelport-api).

### Essential links and downloads

Two GDS toolkits are available, one that sends reference payload requests and another with full payload requests.

The GDS kits **do not include exchange functionality**, which you can download in the next section.

The NDC toolkit includes the NDC air modify/exchange flow.

1. [Download and install Postman](https://www.postman.com/downloads/), an API platform for building and using APIs
2. [Access the OpenAPI (OA3) schema](https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis/TravelportAPI/TPAirExchangeAncillaries) (the same for every DevKit)
3. Download the appropriate **Postman collection** for the DevKit that you want to work with. All the kits are built for the pre-production environment.

## Stays API DevKits

Use the Stays API (formerly known as Hotel APIs) developer toolkit to help build and test your APIs. These kits bundle the Postman collections and the OpenAPI files (formerly known as Swagger files).

## Reference Data

The Reference Data file provides definitions of air, hotel, and car codes used in Travelport's APIs. For air, includes codes for airports, classes of service, meal service types, cities, countries, currencies, airline equipment, and passenger types. Updated twice a month.

Currently, the Reference Data files can only be accessed via our [Legacy Developer Portal](https://legacy.developer.travelport.com). We are working to make this content available in our new platform.

You must be signed into My Travelport to download the file:

1. [Access our Legacy Developer Portal](https://legacy.developer.travelport.com)
2. If you are not already logged in, click the Log in button at the upper-right of the page and enter your MyTravelport sign-in.
3. From the menu at the top of the page, navigate to Agency Tools.
4. Scroll down to the Booking Feed section and click the Reference Data Tables button to download the reference data file. Note: If you are not signed in this button does not display.
